Java Tech Lead

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java development.
Proven experience in leading and managing a team of developers.
Strong proficiency in Java programming language and related technologies (e.g., Spring Framework, Hibernate, JUnit).
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Experience with web services (RESTful, SOAP) and microservices architecture.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Certification in Java development (optional but preferred).

Lead a team of Java developers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
Architect and design scalable and maintainable software solutions.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Java development.
